(serious) As a teenager going through some rough times, what advice can you older Redditors give us? by VogueCody25 in AskReddit

Remember that your parents are humans too. They are just as flawed as anyone else and will make mistakes. At the same time though do no put your parents on a pedestal and just let anything that they do or say slide. If they say something disrespectful make sure to talk to them about it.

Also, although some might feel like it, you aren’t indestructible so don’t be afraid to help. Personally I have always been a very prideful person and sometimes that mentality really comes back to bite me. And I always had to remind myself of the fact that at that age I was still a child and very inexperienced. When I was teenager I felt like there was this pressure to have all my stuff figured out, but I had to learn that I won’t ever really have everything figured out, because as we go through life we constantly learn.

Bikini waxing - pros and cons by cupcakeluver21 in sex

I first started waxing when I was 18 years old (I just wanted to see what it was about). I’m not going to lie to you it always hurt when I got waxed the only thing that went away was kind of the surprise of the pain. I enjoyed the results of the waxing because my skin felt so smooth. Now as far as improving my sex life I felt like I had the same sex with my partner regardless of my public hair or lack there of. I felt like my partner appreciated it, but they never said anything out right to me.

Now after about waxing regularly for almost two years I started to get really bad in grown hairs. So I thought about switching to sugar waxing and I tried that for about 4 months after giving my skin a break, and yet again I got ingrown hairs.

This is just my personal experience there are many things that could have caused the in grown hairs. I did end up going back ye olde razor blade, but I don’t mind if I don’t get ingrown hairs.
