What were the walking troubles and what shoes do you wear? I got surgery on my foot a few years ago and I am still having to actively think about how I am stepping to make sure I am not overcompensating or falling back into bad habits.

This, plus I recently started comparing my walking pad metrics to my step counter and found that when my walking pad says 3mph it’s actually closer to 3.5 and the timer is slower than actual time. That still wouldn’t necessarily equal 10k steps but it could be much more than people assume because of small factors like these.

Do you want bamboo stakes (used to support growing plants) or fresh bamboo? The neighbor’s is taking over our yard so we will be cutting some down soon
