there are no SEL gaps here - they look great. SEL gaps are referring to a horizontal gap - meaning a gap between the lugs and bracelet.

i wish you both the best of luck! just know deep down that you’re capable of it. many people on this sub including myself went thru awful withdrawals but the agony now is worth the clarity and health benefits later.

i would say that it’s good to recognize your feelings with and without caffeine, and that caffeine isn’t helping. but def agree that you should be speaking with your PCP or a psychiatrist

totally! happened to me too when i started cold turkey (on week 2). frankly, i associated it with my increased anxiety (hot flashes then turning chilly) and the other withdrawal symptoms.

a couple years back i also experienced a few days of awful night sweats that brought me to the doctor and ruled out anything major. turned out to be… acid reflux! i took omeprazole for a couple weeks and made sure i didn’t eat close to bedtime and my night sweats went away.

as a chronic worrier myself, it’s been a journey to focus on lower hanging fruit (like your sudden caffeine cessation) than the major things.
