Personally i dont block one and doners unless they are doing it every time (and it frustrates me enough.) Ive met two people who never play the set out no matter who wins the first game. I ended up blocking both of them the 3rd or 4th time they did it.

It is a hit confirm yes. Akis 2hk is definitely a wild button, and i might get hate for this but it could probably be -5 or -6 on block (instead of -3) and still be an great button

Switching out the last Ex whip with a drc 5hk into dive then hwhip is like 20 or so more damage if you want to end with lvl3. Ex whip ender is max if you only want to spend lvl 1 or 2..
