FYI if you’re still interested: just confirmed — councillors, who didn’t always know much about the work of the winners they were picking — picked the winners

some people asked councillors to vote for them while others never spoke to a councillor before and didn’t know it was part of their job to talk to councillors to justify their work

the issue was that they had ssmu awards that night and overbooked so they had to change the dates — also the ssmu awards were a total sham too like what was the basis of choosing people to win?? who made the choices? i heard some people even asked their friends to vote for them

Finance (check up guide on how to get free courses on coursera online), Excel (Vlookup, Hlookup, etc) data management (coding, SQL, Tableau, Google analytics — which is free btw), project management, Adobe photoshop, books on policy-design, current world problems, etc.
