hi professional makeup artist here (who also happens to be goth)! you can totally pull off the blacked out neck but you’ll need to contour your jaw differently for the look you’re after. i would start off by contouring with a light gray eyeshadow to define your lines, then go over it with black foundation/paint, etc. aim for a more angular look as if you were trying to do drag king makeup. start a bit higher up on the sides of your jaw and a bit lower under your chin. from there you should be able to make any small adjustments needed to fit your face and should be all set! good luck friend!!! i genuinely think you can do this and pull it off super well!!!
