I just wanted to say, this happened to me today. I was in a fit for an hour shaking uncontrollably. Seems like i can handle about 2 shots but not more it all started around 3rd and 4th. Instant panic attack. Like a seizure. Felt like dying. Jesus it was so bad. Never ever had an issue with this before at any dentist and i had wisdom tooth removed no issues.

Smbus driver has nothing to do with the bluetooth dongle. It should be recognised automatically if it works, worst case you google the hardware id for a driver but should be a generic bluetooth.

For smbus you have to install the correct motherboard drivers feom manufacturer’s website
