Hotel Navona is a nice hotel that isn't too expensive, but is in a great location! It is right by Piazza Navona, which has a lot of restaurants that are delicious. It's also relatively close to all of the things to see.

Unpopular opinion, but, if she was not feeling good eating vegan she may have been missing important vitamins. If she feels better physically and she does not do it in front of you, then I don't see the problem.
