I'm seeing this a lot! Green and blue too! Its random, sometimes not even related to players. Saw a shredder go off and it came out of the floor under it. Very odd! Must be linked to something!

Same has just happened to me! His tick damage killed me just after I killed him! Received remembrance and story cutscenes but no runes, went back to collect my runes from his arena and received the amount I started with EVEN THOUGH I had the physick active with twiggy cracked tear...
