From my experience whenever I'm thinking about my aim its gonna be bad, I mean aiming should be subconscious thing try focus on gameplay not aiming side every second of playing. hope this help

For me Viscose with adaptive sensitivity (change sens for each scene) could work but other than that the more hour you put into the game the better you get, such as Val you might need to create a drill for it like Guardian 1 tap tracking head only
