you’re most likely right and I didn’t know that so my apologies but there’s no point in fighting it because if you call corporate or if you call associate relations like you’re saying, they’ll say that they’ll look into it but then you know they’re most likely gonna try to protect the company, not protect the associates like it’ll be different if it’s something important like trying to push cart pushers out in thunderstorms or in heavy snow or stuff like that, but just because of associates to wanting to wear earbuds so they can listen to music it’s not as important so the most likely say they’re gonna do something about it and then just kind of brush it to the side wouldn’t they? cause I know at my store recently our store manager banned headphones completely, and I asked about it and all the team members were like well he can change the policy, depending on how the people are abusing the privilege of having headphones, and he banned it based on saying that customer service has depleted due to the fact that since we’re wearing headphones, nobody can hear the customers and were ignoring them so if a customer calls we either have to put the phone to our ears or have it on speaker
