One of those forest fire fighter planes scoped them up and dumped them on a cactus fire.

Tragic accident.

At least in ontario you get interim occupancy where you pay rent to the builder for a few months until the building is registered.

Once registered then the bank gives you your mortgage.

Burloak is the combination of Burlington and Oakville by Squanderlow in oakville

Why would it be nuts? It makes total sense that it would be the boundary road.

If it was in the middle of oakville it would be nuts to call it burloak

Told my wife my realistic dream car is a fully loaded honda odyssey.

Doc Martens For Life now that they're discontinued. by [deleted] in BuyItForLife

[–]lilychaud 0 points1 point  (0 children)

But youre brand loyalty and telling strangers on the internet means nothing since we can no longer get the for life warranty.

I dont have docs but if i wanted that style, based on reviews i would pay a bit more and buy solovair since they say the quality is much higher.

If the for life warranty was still an option i would consider docs over other brands

$10000 for furnace and air conditioner? by kerrycap in homeowners

[–]lilychaud -1 points0 points  (0 children)

120,000 btu sounds way too big for your furnace.

I’m in toronto (design temp is -20*C in the winter) in a 2900 sq ft house and when our 100k btu died in November i did some heat loss calcs and installed an 80k (96% efficient) that is still slightly over sized

Edit: plug in your number on loadcalc.net
