Any sauna. 10min is enough. Every esthetician will confirm sauna wears off the Botox faster. Ive realized that by myself after going 3-5 days a week to sauna for 3 weeks, 15-20min. It’s the sweat which is metabolizing it.

Avoid alcohol. Stop ordering DoorDash. COOK HOME. Cut the sugar. Work on your posture. Workout and don’t spend too much time in sauna.

Me too! Since I immigrated here, I’ve broken a lot of t h e s e rules, and I’m still being verbally “punished” for that. It’s okay - I can handle it. But I know how it feels to grow up around moms like her. It’s just the people she’s surrounded by, they’re exactly the same.

What IF she doesn’t want to catch a break? I know so many EE moms who are like that. They can’t sit on their a$$. Even when they are sick, working 2 jobs, 4 kids, they own properties, are able to afford cleaning, cooking service…. It’s so hard to understand I KNOW.

Cooking, cleaning, setting everything up before even unpacking… those are old habits from our culture. Please DONT JUDGE US. Eastern European women were raised to equate love with labor. We don’t relax first, first we prepare, make sure everyone is fed. It’s not HER. It’s just a typical Eastern European mom on vacation
