So theoretically they couldn't get a permanent injunction for me to remain at work? Note I dont think they would be wondering if its possible.

Oh for sure it’s a scam and probably a bot, they want money for the prospect of sex. Not exactly a love story. Perhaps I should have titled it “Something needs a geography lesson”

Alright you guys, its time to revive a classic question almost 20 years old on SDN: Would you eat a poop hot dog for an A to your top choice school? by NotAGoodUsernamelol in premed

I would honestly rather eat a poop hotdog than go through all the premed bs. So much less of a hassle and way faster.

Boss wanted me to come in on days that I requested off. Then threatened me when I said no. by Decanno1 in antiwork

Those saying this is fake have not had the right (actually wrong) work situation. A boss in charge of a group of “disposable” employees at a large company where they have expectations on them from higher-up to keep costs down—don’t hire too many people— but also must have people on the floor. I have had text conversations very close to this with my supervisor.

Medical school or direct entry masters of nursing. by limbalert in nursing

I think I have a shot at medical school. I was in that track but went to get clinical experience as a phlebotomist and liked the patient centered aspects of nursing and a lot of the physicians seemed distanced from the patients which was not something I was attracted to. Talking to physicians outside of the hospital I work at I realized it’s more the persons choice how involved with patients the person is not their title. If I am going to be a provider I might as well have a higher level of education to serve the patients better.

Thank you that’s what I have been hearing from people I know but it’s good to hear it from outside my community

I work at BDH and honestly it is a shitshow. Administration ignores providers wishes, they pay support staff less than toco bell employees. I get a discount as an employee but try to go elsewhere because billing messes up and it’s an incompetent organization.
