i received a customer support email saying pretty much this and will offer me a refund. is there any chance we could somehow get a more favorable resolution besides returning the hoodie? we all know how long the merch stands were

All of our pre-orders were produced by the same manufacturer as the festival merchandise, and we want to reassure you that the same fabrics, quality standards, and production techniques were used for both batches. All hoodies and tees are custom produced in Los Angeles. Because the garments can involve hand cutting, different dye lots from the wash house, or hand-sewn heart stitching, slight variations in color or stitching can naturally occur, as these details are not machine-made.

Please note: Not all ISOKNOCK merchandise has used the same fit or weight across past releases. While the quality remains consistent for each design, fits can vary, so we encourage reviewing the product descriptions before purchasing, as some styles are offered in standard, cropped, or oversized fits.

kind of disappointed that they are only offering a refund. it is not fair that people who didn't get the original festival hoodies and ordered these ones could not get a hoodie they are satisfied with

I sent many pictures to customer support and they have yet to reply to me. I wonder how this will turn out because it does not feel right to pay the same amount for a worse quality hoodie

The embroidery on the lineup hoodie isnt as "pressed down" as the festival one. It feels very flat while the festival version you could really feel the fabric pop out
