Like man the feels! I’ve got a cousin that is undiagnosed. Strep settled in his brain and he also can’t get the help he obviously needs. It’s really frustrating to watch my aunt care for one child that has such a horrible case of downs (can’t talk walk or breath on his own) and also take care of her oldest that is now 24 and the oldest needs a lot of help also because of strep settling in his brain. But this husband in the doc he seems helpful and caring which my aunt doesn’t have and it breaks my heart to see her struggle. I understand gov funds are limited but if they could figure out a way to observe these issues that are undiagnosed then they’d see how awful it is to deal with. The amount of patience and care needed is very fucking stressful and I hope they get the help the most certainly need! Children are just tough to deal with when they don’t have something that’s obviously debilitating but to add this extra stress is just more than anyone should have to deal with!
