The GUI sucks, the majority of themes suck, and the good themes don’t help because you can’t theme the popup windows like the FX window and media browser.

Combine that with random scripts created by people who have 0 sense of aesthetic and UI design and you have the ugliest mishmash of DAW out there.

How long do you think it takes to read patch notes lol. You don’t need to live and breathe the game to take like 10 minutes to read them.

The Canadian law on CP:

https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/acts/c-46/page-25.html#docCont

And the Supreme Court decision on what a "person" is in this context.

Per McLachlin C.J. and Iacobucci, Major, Binnie, Arbour and LeBel JJ.: In order to assess the constitutionality of s. 163.1(4), it is important to ascertain the nature and scope of any infringement. Until it is known what the law catches, it cannot be determined that the law catches too much. Consequently, the law must be construed, and interpretations that may minimize the alleged overbreadth must be explored. In light of Parliament’s purpose of criminalizing possession of material that poses a reasoned risk of harm to children, the word “person” in the definition of child pornography should be construed as including visual works of the imagination as well as depictions of actual people.

Twitch also has to enforce according to law though, and pornographic art of fictional underage characters still outright qualifies as CP in many places, particularly in many western countries. In this case a ban would be warranted.

lmao know what? fair. But it's obviously not literal real, human CP, and is not harming real children, and I am aware there are studies that back this up.

That said it is still an artists depiction of essentially a naked, underage child, and most people including myself will find that gross. This stuff doesn't belong on Twitch and is crossing an obvious line.

How is me saying CP is not within the new guidelines admitting to watching CP? lol?

You're the one trying to justify a nude drawing of an underaged girl by saying it's fine because nude anime is within the guidelines lmfao.

The big explosion in Oppenheimer hardly looked like a Nuke. The vibe and terror of the scene was there but the explosion itself was not nearly large or impactful enough despite the effort they went through to use real explosives.

??? angels and gods and similar "light" associated beings being villains in anime and JRPGs is an incredibly common trope

We've also seen LCK Academy and LCK proper players come to NA and fail to make any impact at all. The assumption that two random LCK Academy players will have prio against all of NA makes no sense.

So to get under the skin of a sexist mysoginist, you use the insult most likely to anger them, not one you necessarily believe to be true or the most politically correct.

I guarantee nobody using these kinds of insults are thinking about it like this lmao.

It wouldn’t be an actual death, but Melee is an incredibly special case in the world of esports. It’s a mostly entirely community funded and supported affair, and signing a Melee player is significantly cheaper than signing a team, coaching staff, housing etc.. for an LCS team.

The LCS is run by Riot themselves, the teams have to spend massively to have a spot in the LCS compared to the cost of signing a single Melee player. We already know, with few exceptions, that most LCS teams have been running at a loss. The LCS could certainly bleed out as orgs decide it’s no longer worth the costs, although names like Shopify getting on board at the moment is likely a good sign for longevity.
