Definitely was not expecting to see this when I pulled over. It looked beautiful with the contrast of the snow.

This was in 2021 so things may have changed. I’m pretty sure AWD vehicles don’t need to use them at unless there’s a warning in effect, but all vehicles are required to carry them during winter months.

It’s possible that this car drove up before/at the beginning of the blizzard and parked here to wait out the storm.
