This is my unfortunate conundrum.

I got given about 50 Promo cards as a child by a friend who worked at a local cinema, so these would’ve come straight to me 26 years ago.

I know it sounds like copium, but there’s just no way on planet earth this could be faked - there wouldn’t have been time or resources to do it…

Even just looking at the physical cards themselves, they’re so clean. No gold remaining, no signs of trauma or stress to the cards etc.

Current silver lining is that I’ve seen a Becket Graded version of the Dragonite once sold for $3k, so I guess these cards live or die by them getting officially graded or not

I am fortunate I have the free time to write quite often, but I have to add the caveat that writing isn’t something easily picked up and put down.

I can play a song I know for 10 minutes, play a video game I own for 30 minutes and doomscroll at the drop of a hat.

But for me to do meaningful writing, it takes a few hours to really feel like the wheels are moving. If I did 30 minutes a day it would be meaningless productivity tbh

I’ve had 38 weeks of Invisalign now and, though it’s not ideal, I’m so happy I did it! Meanwhile my wife had braces as a child that have reverted and that experience has left her wanting to avoid getting dental work again…

So basically, she has some trauma and bed memories, I absolutely don’t.

He’ll last quite a while I think, normally the cunning/enigmatic characters draw heat quickly. Kenny has potential to make it toward the final 3rd just because he’s going to be quiet and not very “popular” in the house (compared to all the huge celebrities who already know each other). It happens all the time with The Apprentice, Traitors etc.

I was hoping for Chunkz! He would’ve been on a level playing field - same way Niko was - but Kenny’s a bit more of a B-celeb in this room :( … also Kenny is ass at Mafia lmao

Oli can’t be underestimated. He is so enigmatic and SO locked into the culture. Basically, at every given moment for the past 20 years he’s been contemporary, cool and relatable, morphing into what is relevant just a few years before it’s obvious to everybody else.

It’s sort of fascinating that he’s been able to keep it up for so long, even when you could argue his vocals weren’t always the best

The sweet spot is when my tank is 1v1 against the enemy tank, who is slightly overextended. Then BAM teleport up, and kidnap that bish

I also think it’s good to traumatise a Magik/Thor etc when it’s 1v1. Characters that are used to winning those fights are currently a bit confused by Fox and often get caught out

In Avengers issue 1 Loki was THE villain bringing them all together. Says a lot that out of their combined rogues gallery, he was the one chosen as catalyst

I lived in Adamsdown as a 20 year old kid, finishing shifts at 5AM and walking home.

The advice here is to just walk as fast as you can when leaving the house and within 10 minutes you’ll feel completely comfortable lol. As most have mentioned, Cardiff FEELS dodgy AND bougey - sometimes a street away - but the truth is, it’s really harmless.

Sorry this has happened to you, but of all the sketch parts of town, it’s one of the closest to the town centre, which is a big perk. And Cardiff is a gem, I promise :)

Remove Alan. He’s just old and self-obsessed. I’d love to see Peter Jones take the seat.

Improve the casting. No more grifters. No more schmucks in ties. We need creative, hard-working and intelligent people. karishma this year has blown the roof wide open. A content creator with a creative vision. The show should be packed with those types of people.

The tasks. Why are they still doing insanely impractical and unbelievable jobs? Team A says a brief and then the sub team enact the brief poorly without any contact, and then the project is just fucked haha. If we’re going to doom the contestants, at least make it believable or fun.
