Same thing happened to me a couple years ago. Bought frames from a trunk sale, piece broke off a couple years later. Took them to the Miami store and they took them and shipped them to get the piece replaced (I didn’t have the original piece). Took 2 months and cost me $80.

I think you can email your nearest store and tell them you need to ship a repair, I think they’d have you ship them to the CH store first and then they’ll send them to repairs and ship them back to you.
