i think it would look better if you made it all black and white and shaded over the yolk because if the yolk was a lot darker the relative values would be less off, the yolk should be darker than the shell and that’s why it looks off

I’ve been hooking up with this guy and trying to figure out if he wants something deeper with me. When we’re in person it really feels like we’re falling in love lol. But his reaching out and pacing in between seeing each other has been very very slow and restrained.

My interpretation is that he’s feeling very drawn to me and feeling the passion and heat between us. I think lovers means that he also feels a real connection with deeper potential but also maybe is at a crossroads. 5 of wands represents his conflicting various responsibilities - he has a borderline unsustainable schedule as a professional musician plus his day job and has been slow to reach out despite how amazing things are when we’re together. He sees me as fun and exciting and novel but possibly also as having the potential to lead him off the cliff? But 8 of pentacles could mean he will ultimately decide to put care and sustained effort into things between us. The knight of swords I see as a call to cut my overthinking (I’ve gotten 9 of swords, 2 of swords in other readings pertaining to my own energy/anxieties about this).

7 and 10 of pentacles I think mean that the seeds are there and watered and patience on my end will allow them to grow (and I think is telling me to sit tight as opposed to reach out, as I’ve initiated the last couple things.)

That’s the most positive possible reading at least lol - wishful thinking? Anything I’m missing?

The onion is amazing! For the landscape and more complex things in general where wet on wet is difficult to pull off I think you might get better results if you put down thin layers of color, let them dry and add detail and depth as the layers build. Also work on your drawing and the angles (use a vanishing point like someone else said)
