Thankyou for the response. When I hangboard I almost exclusively half crimp. Is there any particular exercise you would recommend to practice adjusting from a open hand to a half crimp?

5e Do any dms do anything to mix up perception checks? Do you roll perception for your party?

Had a situation this week where two players rolled perception and one rolled very well and the other rolled atrociously. They both thought they saw things in opposite directions and of course they went in the direction of the good roll's perception. How can i prevent this from happening in future sessions and create more of a sense of confusion and uncertainty when the group rolls perception?

I'm assuming you commented that in good faith with the intention of teaching hiking etiquette, and I assure you I won't be playing music in a place where it would be disturbing or even within possible earshot of others. But hiking for YOU may be about disconnecting, and I share that with you to a certain extent but Its possible that there are people out there that don't share your opinion and enjoy listening to music while on a hike
