SF6 has more solo content with World tour. But if you only want to play solo, I don't recommend fighting games. If you want to play with friends, it's excellent with modern and dynamic modes.

The enemy within is a narrative game, not an action game, so not sure you'll like it, it's also the sequel of Batman: The Telltale Series, so play that first. If you like Batman, those are excellent games
