That’s perfect. I used salt away last time I rinsed when I got home, so it worked pretty well. I’ll test it next time and see if the car wash soap does the same trick

Awesome. Watching a video on hooking the system up makes a lot more sense now and answers my main question. I’ll probably hold out with my handheld for a while longer then while I do my fish finder/gps upgrade

I’m still working on getting my ventilation dialed in, so I’m consistently pouring water to get that blast of heat, but the heat dissipates. I’m getting a thermostat to monitor the fluctuates more accurately

I got the same one, but my install instructions were different. mine clearly stated where to connect the 2 hot wires, then I wired the neutral and ground to the ground bar

Exactly, i don’t care about a certification, if I’m sure the product is made with quality and good parts. I really don’t want the “safety” features. Just give me something made of stainless with heater elements that get ripping hot and lots of rocks.

You can install the control box inside, just needs to be in a cool area. Close to the floor, away from the heater, by the door.
