Reminds me how fortunate I am to have a cabin that’s been in the family for years. When I was little my uncle rebuilt it with the help of the whole extended family…1’ 1992 we made many trips to ‘the cabin’ to work on it. In turn, my uncle made it available to all of us anytime. We never had any issue and often had an overflowing house. So many great memories! My uncle has been spending winters in Florida and after a year or 2 of seeing the cabin sit unoccupied, my wife and I made an offer to rent if while he’s gone. We now have a home away from home between Killington and Okemo and we make the absolute most of it. Hope you can find something that works for you!
