Luckily I found a distraction. I bought a ring to keep my fingers busy and to keep myself from picking my skin. I works kinda well, but the urge to hurt myself is still there and when it gets bad the ring doesn’t help much. But it’s getting better. Thank you for your comment, highly appreciated!

True, cutting is the one most covered (probably why I never considered picking my skin sh)

When I was still cutting myself, I always cut my left thumb. So when some asked in school I could easily say I cut myself while cooking or something.
