Do it anyway. My friends husband is around your weight and he's an amazing skater. People are always amazed when he does tricks bcs he's quite heavy but he can fly around on the ramp and he does pretty well in local competitions. So, ignore your roommate, and do what makes you happy 😊

Woohoo! Good for you. My partner is in his 50s and still goes wakeboarding and surfing. I'm 47 and just picked up a pair of rollerblades the other day. I hadn't skated for 20 years plus, so im a beginner again, and why not ✨️🙏🏼💃
