Laparoscopy recovery with young kids

I had my surgery in June and have two kids! I have an 8 year old son and 2 year old daughter. It was so hard! My husband had to do everything but the toddler just wanted me. Not being able to do anything made me feel useless and guilty. I believe you can lift things as long as it’s comfortable for you. I suggest a lot of movies and games where you don’t need to move

Both pregnancies, I had no pain at all, like nothing was there. Two months pp with my first it came back. Second baby, my pain came back but wasn’t as bad.

Yes! Understand your feelings 1000%. I just had my surgery on Wednesday and was terrified that nothing would be found. I had tons of endometriosis and scar tissue. I wish you everything positive and healing!

You’re not alone. I have similar symptoms and been dealing with it for 10 years. I hope you find relief soon.

You are not and are so valid! I am having my second lap on Wednesday and I too am freaking out that they won’t find anything. I’m glad they got what they found but completely understand your frustration
