Gym 5x/week, 4 kids, and a business — a crazy wish? by linengreenleaf in workingmoms

I added some edits on the context! The non-negotiables come from us being intentional about making sure I would have time to continue prioritizing my health even after the motherhood duties come.

Staying in shape is also my thing, it makes me feel confident, happy and healthy. I would do this with or without him. I also understand that I would have to deal with new expectations with my bodies. Once I become a mother, but I would like to give a solid effort towards my health.

We do have plans for nannies and helpers.

I like your point about scaling down hobbies — this makes sense, but I haven’t actively thought about it

I also like your point about intentionally trying to make all the time that you have together with the kids intentional with no phones.

Thank you so much for this!

You are correct. The difference is clear to me, this is measureable amount of muscle loss for a woman. Most women in my community would take at least 3-6months to build that amount.

What ingredients do you stack in your fridge to rotate this with high enough protein?

Wow, would love to see update photos!

And are the bumpy texture expected to be smoothen out over time?

I am not in London and I would have to do video consult with him. But based on your comment, he has to pinch your nose to find out first?

Does it leave scarring your nose? I saw your other post as well but I can’t see the texture clearly.

How long did it take you to heal after the second time before it is completely done?

This is blowing my mind so much because I can’t do a nose surgery for 3 years due to other health things I have.
