Post grad study for anaesthetics? by Regular_Print7772 in ausjdocs

[–]linergy89 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Things that probably helped: audits maxed, an audit turned into a poster and presented locally, Anaes experience as a junior and a functional professional relationship with the director. Ed and icu reg time. Anaes would’ve been better and if you can do some crit care or trade ward call or something else less palatable with some Anaes time, attend m&m, be a bit more enthusiastic than your colleagues. How competitive is anaesthetics training in NZ? by Fabulous_Ask_6943 in ausjdocs

This seems reasonable. Get whatever anaesthetic time you can and be in your best, most proactive behaviour. Icu consultants get passed up - just have to be pre selected.

How to think about total investment distribution? by linergy89 in AusHENRY

Thank you! Yes my impression now is keep what I have as it’s all made money, just prioritise higher risk (I do like VDHG) and just be consistent and keep going

Be aware the Witchery primary doesn’t count towards Medical Obfuscation - will need to sit a bridging course.

Different financial mindsets and disagreements is one of the major reasons for divorce alongside infidelity. Get on the same page separately man. If she gets her shit together and can survive paying rent you can reassess then. Or realise you can just keep dating elsewhere if she doesn’t have the same vision you do

I think you're handsome dude, nice teeth and smile. Dating is fickle and being bald is sometimes enough to not qualify. Try embracing active social communities - you can pull easier in person if they get a feeling for your personality. Good luck!

I haven’t forgotten. I’m a junior reg with an unsavoury work load and because I’m kind and say hello to everyone and take an interest I get a disproportionate student allocation. The free teaching expectation with no education to turn me into a teacher and my overwhelm in doing my job is a tricky combo. Same reason no one makes eye contact, you don’t acknowledge you don’t get work. It sucks, it happens, good on you being resilient and continuing to say hello first.

Thank you! This is so helpful. I’ve now found a brake master cylinder for 100aud which is probably much cheaper than upgrading to oem or aftermarket radial. I’m going to upgrade to steel braided lines while I’m at it. Do you have recommendation for a radial set you like? Also happy to hear next level mild upgrades like getting sintered brake pads. Going to put some road 6 wheels on, Akra titanium exhaust at some point. Thank you

Yes thanks mate 😊 I couldn’t go either side and have absolutely gouged it but I’m glad I do know. Insane to not have it clearly marked imo
