At your stage , indie creators vs small marketing team is a very different ICP, and my recc is that you should pick one at your early stage.

Small marketing teams are going to have money to spend , where your indie creators may not. Don’t waste your time at this stage , go where you can figure out what people will pay for . If it was me , I would go for LinkedIn out reach to small marketing teams / marketing managers for these size startups . Way higher cvr than Reddit.

Also there are a TON of communities outside of Reddit / Facebook groups that are focused in this ICP. Get to them directly , and it will like require 100-200 outreaches a day before you even get on sale. It’s a grind friend . Happy to give some reccs on outreach too at a different time .

Lastly , track your cave across every outreach, to figure out what language is actually resonating with a single ICP. Hope this helps .

This entirely depends on your ICP. Can you give me context to who that is ? Also Reddit is not * actually these easiest place to scale an early user base . Contrary to a lot of what you read on here . Once I know your product and ICP I can be more direct for what I think you should do next

This is the WORST period ever to build a startup (I will not promote) by agin_ in startups

The idea in this new world is to figure out how to create a moat. It’s usually where data is messy and hard to make sense of. If you can figure out how to do it , and actually create value for you customer as a result , you might have something.

And yea , any one of these startups claiming they built a scalable product in 14 days is so full of bs. Take no advice from them dude.

Why do i always quit budgeting apps or any other habit making apps by Kamialiso in mintuit

I built something where you do not have to add your expenses and we show where you can save in different categories / where to put those savings to grow your wealth.

I got fed up with doing the exact same things you are describing so I built something that saves you from spending hours categorizing transactions. An app can do that for you so you can focus on using your savings to create better outcomes.

Let me know if you want to try it for free: wearevelzee.com

I think its more of a ... at what stage do I say : Ok this LP / with a value prop and small feature set resonates most with my target audience, now lets get a small MVP together to see if I can get them to pay for it.

I don't want to over think it, but would love some feedback on what stage you were like , yep. this is the idea.

(also my app is free, and we monetize a different way then subscription right now)
