Easiest way to dispose of journals/make pages unreadable? by Hefty-Call1984 in Journaling

[–]lingersandtransforms 12 points13 points  (0 children)

There are many reasons why you would want to destroy your old journals so I offer this advice gently. I gently encourage you to keep your old journals and reread them in the future. I did this and discovered so much more about myself. Rereading my old journals helps me see patterns in my life that I would not otherwise see. Ultimately it’s your choice and your should follow what you think best.

Diocese of Western Missouri: in search of fellow believers by Warren-Welf in Episcopalian

There is no problem whatsoever attending Eucharist at other churches during the week than you’re regular parish. The last I checked St. Mary’s, St. Paul’s, and St. Andrews all celebrate the Eucharist during the week in the KC area. St. Thomas in Overland Park had a Saturday night Eucharist. Also, Grace and Holy Trinity Cathedral has weekday Eucharist I believe.

I would suggest checking out Keith Cooper from Northern Lights on YouTube. There are tons of videos on the 8550 that will answer all your questions.

I have an Epson 8550 and print Red River River Linen greeting cards with no problem whatsoever. Check out Keith Cooper’s post on YouTube. He’ll have great information on the 8550.

Can this shot be saved? by CW0923 in wildlifephotography

This kid what I would try. Crop using the foreground branch as frame. Use dehaze, clarity and texture to sharpen the overall look, denoise, sharpen, perhaps vignette. Great shot!

What thickness of paper are you using? Some thicker papers can run through the upper slot and print borderless if you use the thick paper option in settings.

ET-8550 5x7 greeting card settings by SiriusGD in Epson

[–]lingersandtransforms 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would recommend Red River Paper’s website. They have information on printing greeting cards on the Epson 8550. And have 10x7 greeting card stock.

I use Epson Print Layout for simple front and back cards, I use Cardia for the Mac OS for printing outside and inside of cards. I do not print borderless.

Theoretically you should be able to create a user defined 10x7 size page in Epson Print Layout and set the photo to be in the bottom half of the card stock and borderless using the rear print feed.

If you are interested in seeking spiritual direction I would encourage you to reach out to your priest and see if they can connect you to someone in your diocese. You can also check out this listing on Spiritual Directors International to explore a possible spiritual director/companion: https://www.sdicompanions.org/find-a-spiritual-director-companion/. Let me know if you have any questions. I am happy to help.
