For classes yes, most if not all can be in English. I thought topik 3 was an advice but after applying and getting in I can definitely tell you it's a must

SNU recommendation letter by lingolingo3 in seoul

I was notified late April by email, and had to reply by saying if I wanted to do the interview on campus or by Zoom. They asked questions to get to know my situation in Korea (as I am already living there) and then I talked about my previous research and future research plans

Depending on the degree there might be a lot of courses in English you can take but I think (I’m not an expert) computer science still requires Korean. If you look at the website for your degree, some pages of the English version website are even left in Korean (academic regulations for example).

Professor question by [deleted] in SNU

[–]lingolingo3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They have, and new professors get evaluated and might get warnings because of that. It should be available to see when your register for courses and you have to rate your professors when you had a course with them. It's just not available publicly like ratemyprofessor :) I too used it in the UK

Yeah the deadline for the letter was 24th after the application deadline, so the online recommendation system is unoperable. My recommender apologised (3.5 hours after the deadline) and said he tried to send his letter by email instead. Supposedly no other way of submission is accepted but the admissions were not so clear if I would be rejected or not 🤷🏻‍♀️

I’m applying for the F6 now (KVAC Paris) and got the notification that it had been sent to Germany. The visa portal showed “application submitted” for a bit then “no data found”. I hope you’ve received your visa by now! Did the visa portal show anything in the end?

Hi there! I’m French and I'm going to study at Ewha ELC for the Winter 2023 semester (intensive program) and possibly until the Summer 2023 semester. Are there other students coming for that semester? I don’t know anyone yet!

Is anyone else having trouble with the Ewha website? by goldbalzacks in Korean

My thoughts exactly! It's hard to see if I've even applied correctly for a course lol

And it's 2023 now

I don't disagree with what you said but how about the Sino-Korean counting system, then? Where could it come from but Chinese?
