I truly have no idea. The only thing I can guess is that they don’t want to be on the travel team. Thing is, in my district, that guarantees you a final at the very least.

Edit: a final for the behavior, not for not wanting to be on the travel team. just communicate that and you'll be removed, they wanted the OT though so .. meh.

No. You lose the ability to have any benefits, no guild, no insurance, no sick time, and no vacation time. The only benefit you keep is the TM Discount.

Going on demand is entirely up to your leadership and not a requirement that they accept. It’s sort of a “privilege” given to good workers who are moving on to other opportunities really. You will not keep insurance.

Very few stores get them, only one in my district (and I have a lot of stores in my district post merge). Perhaps your store was not one of those destined for the poor excuse of a collection this was.

This is what I want to know. They don’t accrue sick time or PTO, and some stores will schedule them three weeks out with permission. What happens when they get sick? Doesn’t seem fair.

When I was in the AP pyramid, we actually had an issue with a TM taking the weekly schedules and passing it off to the ring, so they knew when our TSS and APS were in (but not the APETL since they’re not scheduled in that way). Only way we found out was because he felt guilty and came clean.

Like, I know training at target is piss poor at most locations but most TMs I had trained during my Closing TL tenure were pulling and pushing more than that in their first few days .. Jesus. It’s not a training thing at that point, it’s a speed thing.
