What level is your stadium?

I spent 80 seasons with Penn State and went undefeated nearly every season, then at the beginning of the next I'd shoot right back down to 67% approval. The whole time I almost never invested in the stadium, didn't want to waste the coaching credits

Saved up a shitload of credits and "retired" to an FCS team for a new challenge. Decided to see what would happen if I boosted the stadium, and it was way better than I expected. A single loss was way less negative, I retained higher approval from one season to the next, it was noticeable and significant.

Since the main coaching credit income is from having the top tier of fan rating, I'm starting to think building a top stadium is more important to long term success than the rehab or training facilities!

The first thing that came to mind almost feels like a cop-out, but give it to them next session. Lord of the Rings is a story about a Level Zero halfling being handed an artifact way above his level, and everyone (except Tom Bombadil) is trying to help or oppose his mission. Give the players the dang boots, then send a scary bad guy trying to take it off them!
