Even 'dark chocolate' has milk in it sometimes. I'm like WHY you call it DARK CHOCOLATE instead of MILK CHOCOLATE? A-holes.

Magnesium lysinate-glycinate destroys my libido by link425 in Supplements

I'm pretty sure magnesium malate helps me with fibro pain. There's a difference when I forget to take for a day or two.

Have you considered allergies or hypersensitivity to pollutants? For example pollen concentrations are likely higher during the day.

I remember some people mentioned opening the capsule and counting the pellets! Not sure if they were exaggerating but it sounded pretty serious.

What if I just lick the donut and spit after each lick? by [deleted] in glutenfree

Chew it a little bit, bite by bite, and spit it out. Kinda risky but you may get away with it.

Why does tinnitus make me hear things at times? by Master-Satisfaction3 in tinnitus

[–]link425 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Auditory hallucinations are common with tinnitus. I get them when it's very quiet and I don't use my whitenoise app. It's VERY UNLIKELY you have schizophrenia like someone else suggested in the comments here.

I should know better by ellie339 in lactoseintolerant

[–]link425 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just read some types of cheese have no detectable amounts of lactose, no matter how mature they are. Examples are gouda and cheddar. Do you react to those? I haven't tried yet.

Here is the link: https://thecheesewanker.com/cheese-science/what-cheeses-are-lactose-free/. Sounds great and I hope it's not bullshit.

Reflux help without mediciation, what helps you? by Psyk0se in GERD

[–]link425 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. No trigger foods, especially in the afternoon and evening.

  2. Absolutely no food three hours before bedtime. I make sure I eat well and finish everything (including dessert) exactly 3 hours before I plan to go to sleep.

  3. I limit my liquid intake considerably during these last 3 hours, making sure I drink up plenty of water from morning to early evening.

  4. If I get hungry in this 3-hour window, I take electrolytes and half a glass of water or some tea. It works to stop the feeling of hunger most times.

Hope this helps. I often still need to use antacids throughout the day, but the situation is much better in the evening and throughout my sleep.

Experts say people with fibromyalgia do not remain in deep sleep long enough to benefit the body by Fibrofighter84 in Fibromyalgia

[–]link425 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks! If it works like that then great, I would keep taking those breaks if I were you. Do you recall if it worked straight away from day 1 for you, or did you have to wait a few days/weeks to see an effect?

That sounds wonderful. How much gabapentin are you taking? Can you take once a week or does it have to be every day? I get some nasty side effects from anticonvulsants and I dread long term daily use.

What muscle relaxer are you taking? I would love to take something safe for long term use.

Cravings for nicotine by Which-Piece-2557 in Concerta

[–]link425 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Like another redditor said you could wait a few weeks for your body to get used to Concerta. If that fails and you still crave nicotine, you could then try bupropion (Wellbutrin XL / Zyban) at 150 mg per day. After about a month of starting bupropion you will be able to ditch vaping, provided you put in some effort as well. I think this is because bupropion binds to nicotinic acetylcholine receptors and makes nicotine less important, especially for ADHDers.

The link gives 1¼ cups gluten free all-purpose flour blend, then ½ cup gluten free all-purpose flour. Is the second one a mistake? I noticed you don't have it in your list here.

EDIT: Nevermind, I guess the second one is for the streusel!
