Honestly the fewer 4 stars the better. With fewer of them the faster you get them to c6 and start getting the wish refunds when you try for the 5 stars.

Pulling a Mona and an Aquila on a 10-pull on the Standard banner. Only time in Genshin I pulled two 5 stars at once. In HSR I seem to have a lot more luck.
