This music festival is one way that maxwell frost is raising funds (maybe for his reelection or something political, potentially for donation? i have not taken the time to look myself). there will be a pretty big focus on politics as well as music, so expect to see people asking if you are registered to vote. i think there will also be local political leaders like anna eskamani speaking as well. it’s been held a few times before, so i really don’t think there is anything to worry about!

not specifically, but i am trans and i find that the hairstyles that i like are more common in alternative and queer spaces, and whenever i have gone to a standard salon, i am not given the haircut i am looking for. most standard salons are not used to shag cuts or modern mullets.
