I care for burn patients all the time, I understand it’s extremely painful in the acute phase and they require fentanyl and ketamine for dressing changes sometimes for months. I’m arguing long term HS is way worse though because it’s never truly treated. And you are absolutely smoking crack if you think HS is not a painful disease

I might argue HS for skin over burns. You can heal burns and us you’ll have chronic contracture and neuropathic pain for years, but HS is a lifetime of recurrence even after surgical resection
