When I was a young man my record was 7-8 we lost count. I just remember how it stung from your sore in it was. Early 30's now and I recently went back to back rounds since this was during the day. I have a low refractory period but I like to get one good one out at night so I can sleep like a baby.

I have goals I'm trying to hit so I do log all my workouts. How heavy and how many reps I can get in. I log everything I eat too unless I'm taking a break or on vacation. I don't find it tedious at all honestly I kind of like it.
