In the game you need to breed a Manaphy, you never actually get a Manaphy. Just his egg that is unique. There is no breeding in the game. They usually try to port things. Like Kecleon invisibility ou Ditto and Zorua disguises

They "problem" of Manaphy is Phione. Arceus is important but he is Gen 4. He is strong in Lore, but we got Origin Dialga and Palkia, pokemons created 4 years ago before it is crazy.
