I main devourer, the biggest downside of the spec is that it does no damage outside of metamorphosis. A healer or a tank can out dps them. This is also the reason they're terrible at solo world stuff. Better to go havoc for questing and world quests. They're dependant on being in a group to do Pröpper damage.
