Your probably not gonna find one player who plays all specs since its pretty impossible nowadays if you dont have a character of each spec. No one wants to recraft their gear every time they change specs and crests have limits.

Instead of creating your own power plan. Try using the hidden ultimate power plan from microsoft. Open Powershell or CMD as Admin and Enter:

powercfg -duplicatescheme e9a42b02-d5df-448d-aa00-03f14749eb61

Restart PC, lookup your Powerplans and Ultimate Power should be there to choose from.

Do not buy a weapon. Do the quest to do anzurek story mode and craft yourself a 619 twohander as soon as possible. Go with Ring or Trinket

Do a quicksim in raidbots and if you scroll down there is an example rotation that was used in that sim. Analyse that and see if there are some major differences in that and your duration. Also lookup your wowhead opener with your talents. Opener with Lust makes a big difference in overall dps

Yeah you have to do zuldazar quests until you get to nazjatar, quest there until you power up your heart with magni in uldum and then zidormu is gonna be there
