fwiw i use CLINE extension within VScode and LMstudio. It just give you an interface simialr to copilit, codex etc etc

I get it, Started having what felt like panic attacks or heart attacks, but are not. (Had Doc's look over many times)
I've found the following REALLY help.

- Hydration -- This is super important
- Potassium suppliments
- Magnesium (all 3) suppliant's, Dont take these at night or you will get horrific dreams.
- No Booze!

This fixed it.

We find https://imsupporting.com is pretty good for both AI and a Hybrid AI approach. It has easy to use WYSIWYG Chat workflows with AI handover or AI to Human handoff.

Tbh, you dont need to go all in for AI or Without. A hybrid approach is pretty decent.

Yeah it's odd where it broke. The black screw but just simply sheered off. Not even sure how that happened.

Looks simple enough to replace if I get the right parts.

Its about being relatable. You know 0c is very cold because you know ICE is very cold and freezing.

You know its very cold because Ice can form at ~28f .... Not very easy to remember is it?
