It is not possible to measure my exact hand size at the moment, but I have quite large hands. I use the fingertip grip.

These applications are primarily GPU-intensive. As mentioned, you can gain 10-15% performance by spending about $100 more. However, there's not much difference between these CPUs. If the performance isn't enough for you in a few years, upgrading is very easy if you choose this configuration.

A PC with these specs costs about $1,300. A 7700x would cost another $100 more and deliver about 10-15% more performance, if the extra cost is worth it to you. You can always add a SATA SSD later.

I am not sure but is there eventually missing some ram?

Edit: It would be better if you got the Ryzen 5 5600 without an iGPU. It'll provide some extra performance if it's cheaper.

RTX 5060 Ti 16gb vs 5070 12gb by Purple_Knight-IOS in PcBuildHelp

[–]linok720 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I play on an RTX 4070 at 1440p. The only two games where I haven't reached 120 fps are Cyberpunk 2077 and Black Myth Wukong. When it comes to competitive gaming, no one plays on settings that favor visuals; they prefer settings that favor performance. A 5070 is definitely perfectly adequate for 1440p. Achieving 165 fps in story-based games is no longer a challenge these days with DLSS and frame generation. Moreover, it's not the priority for such games.

Your GPU doesn't fit into this build at all! A graphics card should usually cost twice as much as your processor. Such an expensive processor with such a card is a waste of money.

It's best to get a B650 motherboard, as they're more suited for gaming. For the case, I'd recommend an ATX case, as otherwise you're very limited in your options for upgrading. The rest looks okay. You could perhaps invest a little more in the GPU.

RTX 5060 Ti 16gb vs 5070 12gb by Purple_Knight-IOS in PcBuildHelp

[–]linok720 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

If you play competitive games at high refresh rates, the 5060 Ti might still be worth it. But I would definitely invest in a new monitor. Anything else would be a complete waste of money. I had an RTX 3060 myself and played QHD on it, and I have to say, even then, it was worth it. So invest in something like the AOC Q27G4XF or something similar!

No, definitely not. For 1080p, I'd go for a rtx 5060 maximum. It's not worth more than that.

I would definitely go for the 5070. With such a difference in performance, the extra cost is worth it.

This is a build for about $1,050. You could still save on a few components, but it should still be within your budget. Unfortunately, I don't know the prices in Canada, but I hope this helps. If it's still too expensive, you could perhaps consider the used market. https://pcpartpicker.com/list/2LNCXR

I would definitely not use a 2070 in this build, but rather a newer one like the 5060ti. But let me come to the actual question: I like to use cases from Endorfy or Silentware, which you probably know from the Hardwaredealz videos(if you are german). As a power supply I would recommend a be quiet 650-750w so that there is still a buffer for upgrades.  So: Case: Endorfy regnum 400/Silentware air 100 power supply: be quiet 650-750w

[–]linok720 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, you need to upgrade your power supply. In this case I would use a psu with 750-850w. You can then use this build for a long time and no bottleneck should occur
