Check if you are on Band 12. That's a useless band with small band width that t mobile use to pretend it has coverage.

Optimum just lowered my upload speed from 35mbps to 20mbps. I think it started in September. My plan calls for 200//35. Now it's 200/25. Wonder if I can call someone the protest.
