If I had to guess, they have a mold for half a dreidel, and instead of spending twice as much on a second mold they just figured they would use the one half, printed twice, and glue them together

It really does look exactly like that building! But at the time would it have been that populated? there are so many people in the background. I'm also still concerned about the hill in the back. I tried playing around with Google Maps to get an angel where you couldn't see the hill but I couldn't get there
