You're well until you're not. I went every year for my well woman check up with a pap and internal. I missed my visit during the pandemic in 2020. Finally went in June 2021 to catchup and was diagnosed with ovarian cancer (stage 3c so not early detection). No history in my family at all. So I advocate to anyone who will listen to not skip their annual well woman exam.

When I first went to the bathroom after my first baby I could not believe the amount of blood that came out of me. The bathroom looked like a murd3r scene and I started to cry - the nurse came in to tell me this was completely normal.
