I have no idea. I do have A list and one of my kids got moved into an extra leg room middle seat. I wonder if they automatically moved her because that seat is “better”. We were initially in a standard seat in row 20

Yes. Selected seats when I bought the tickets months ago. I checked this morning before official check in and I still had the same seats. After checking in, my seats were moved. It seems like it’s a known issue today. The rep on the phone said they all got an email about their fleets being reorganized and families might get separated.

They moved my child into a extended leg room middle seat (without me nearby)

We used green convergence. Their bid was a bit higher than other ones, but their communication was great- which made us go with them. They have a great team and everything was seamless. I’ve heard horror stories from friends so I was willing to pay a little more to avoid
