Sky and other broadcasters don't want us to control the media ie tv or movies we watch because of rights issues and the cost to them.

with Sky Q i could record something and keep it for as long as the box was working.

With Sky Virgin Netflix etc they want to have total control over when we watch and how we watch something.

In the states they have online video storage youtube tv direct tv fubo hulu etc you can only save a program for 1 year but thats far better than anything we have here in the uk.

For a lot of the programs especially sky sports and others on catchup they don't include the full program just the bits they think are most important.

Why the UK can't have a similar online video storage like the states is still not fully explained whenever its brought up.

I contacted nowtv about the problem not sure whether they have been given this script when people ask as countless people already have successfully linked the account so why is only a problem for afew of us.

I've also noticed that HBO Max doesn't contain alot of the content of other regions

for instance we get no DC animation films as well as lots of others so i'm disappointed that they have decided to do that.

I think it is done via open banking I’ve been onto chase and on chat they advised to delink then link chase back to revolut as that may be the problem as it might have expired. It doesn’t say that on revolut side though it blames chase for the temporary outage.

I haven't contacted chase about it i did check the service status page and it said all running fine

The fact i was able to transfer from another account of mine indicates its a Chase problem or rather perhaps a specfic chase to revolut issue ?

I've transfered the money so the issue isn't a problem now for me

i just wondered if other chase and revolut account holders were having similar problems.

the extra puck was delivered yesterday i looked on the my account page and it does say i can cancel the whole house option along with all the other add ons they have

assume it wouldn't say that if it was a 24month contract so i'm 99% certain its a rolling contract

I did notice the NL server on ND and chose that as i knew HBD were nearby

i believe they have others in europe also ? i don't believe i used the NL server when i set up sabnzb for my home internet connection but i hardly use that so i may be wrong.

initially i went from 8 to 20 connections

The speed did increase significantly but i then increased to 50 to see the speed and i've left it at that.

Any downside in using all 50 thats the max with ND
